Custom location lists are considered intellectual property and proprietary information, and cannot be returned after ordered. We do not allow any individuals to order the package, photocopy the proprietary information, and send it all back for a refund. The location lists are derived from criteria set by Certiplex Corporation, and are compiled by an independent telemarketing firm contracted by Certiplex Corporation.
Location lists are designed to assist in placement of vending boxes. If necessary, buyer has privilege to return any rejected locations for replacement within 30 days of receipt.
